Jeannie Suk

Jeannie Suk, JE 95, would be happy to speak with students about legal education and legal academia. She is Professor of Law at Harvard Law School, where she has taught criminal law, criminal procedure, family law, and the law of art, fashion, and the performing arts. She previously served as a law clerk to Justice David Souter on the United States Supreme Court. She has received a Marshall Scholarship, a Paul and Daisy Soros Fellowship, and a Guggenheim Fellowship. Her book, At Home in the Law, was awarded the Law and Society Association’s Herbert Jacob Prize. Her writing has also appeared in the New York Times, Wall Street Journal, and Slate. She has given congressional testimony on law and innovation in the fashion industry.
